About the event

Most researchers encounter stable isotopes mid-project, learning methods on the fly and filling gaps as they go. The Academic Path takes a different approach: building your knowledge systematically, in step with the rhythm of the academic year, so that by the time you're deep in your data, you already have the tools to understand it.
The programme runs across two semesters. Autumn builds your theoretical foundations. Spring develops your analytical skills in R. Together, they cover everything from what an isotope is to publishing Bayesian mixing model results — with plenty of time between sessions to apply what you've learned to your own work.
